A:Shipping is absolutely FREE if the value of your purchase is $ 5000 or more.
Q:What would be the minimum delivery time for the diamonds to reach my destination?
A:Normally within 3-4 business days.
Q:What is your online payment term?
A:Goods are shipped upon reciept of paypal or wire transfer payment.
Q:Do you accept payment in currencies other than USD?
A:Our prices are quoted in USD however we accept USD or CAD.
Q:Are your prices negotiable?
A:No. The answer is short and simple because we are confident that we offer our diamonds at an absolute guaranteed unbeatable price.
Q:What size do you start certifying your diamonds?
A:We have certified diamonds from 0.30ct to 3.00 cts.
Q:Do you Sell non certified diamonds?
A:Yes. We have small & big diamonds both in our non certified category. They are available in our Diamond Parcel category as well.
Q:What if we are not satisfied with the diamonds can we return them for a full refund?
A:Yes, as part of our full money back guarantee we offer a 30 days examination period. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied we will refund the total cost of your purchase less the shipping fees.
Q:Are all your diamonds natural?
A:Yes, we only carry natural conflict-free diamonds that are Kimberly process compliant and do not sell laboratory or man-made diamonds.
