The following terms and conditions shall be binding on each and every customer or prospective seller of Danco Diamonds.

Eligibility
Customers must be the legal owners of all materials sent for recycling to Danco Diamonds, as well customers are to be of legal age in Canada (18 years or older) in order to transact with Danco Diamonds. Danco Diamonds holds the right to request documentation or proof of compliance with the above two requirements.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Danco Diamonds nor any of its affiliates, officers, employees, subsidiaries or holding company shall be liable for any damages of any kind exceeding $100.00 as described below, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection to dealing with Danco Diamonds. This limitation of liability is binding to all parties transacting with Danco Diamonds, including, but not limited to, the customer, insurance company or any other individual or entity asserting any right or claim relating to customer's transaction with Danco Diamonds.

In no event shall Danco Diamonds be liable for any claim brought by a customer's insurance company, and, by submitting an item to Danco Diamonds, the customer expressly and specifically waives any claim on his or her behalf as well as on the behalf of his or her insurance company.

Danco Diamonds's liability shall be expressly and specifically limited to the LEAST of the following two sums:

1. The liquidation value placed on the total contents of the diamond selling kit by Danco Diamonds.
2. The sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.

By sending material to Danco Diamonds the customer or prospective seller expressly acknowledges and agrees that they will be offered the fair market wholesale value for such items and that in no event shall Danco Diamonds's Liability exceed One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.

Danco Diamonds shall not be liable to anyone for any other amount, other than as set forth herein above.

By submitting items to Danco Diamonds, customer explicitly and expressly accepts this limitation of liability If you believe that the items you are sending to Danco Diamonds are worth more than $100, we recommend that you insure your shipment for more than $100 at your own expense. Should the diamond selling kit be damaged, opened, or tampered with Danco Diamonds reserves the right to return it back to the customer using Post Canada services.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy in any way with the payment you received just return your check within 10 days of the date on the check and we will return the material you included in the diamond selling kit. No questions asked. This is our 100% satisfaction guarantee. A $15.00 shipping and handling charge will apply for all material returned to the customer.

Phone or e-mail Offers
Any prospective seller may request a telephone or e-mail quote from Danco Diamonds for his or her items after such items have arrived at our processing facility. Upon a verbal acceptance of the telephone or e-mail quote, payment will be issued by Danco Diamonds within eight (8) hours of such acceptance. The ten (10) day customer satisfaction holding period mentioned in our 100% satisfaction guarantee will no longer be applicable to such transactions.

You can access the personal information you submit to Danco Diamonds at any time. If you wish to change, update or delete the personal information you have submitted to us, please send an email to email to us with your request.

You may remove yourself from all Danco Diamonds communication and promotions at any time by sending an email to us.

Governing Law
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this website, such dispute will be governed and resolved in terms of the laws of Canada and any party accessing this website agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Canada.
